Tango Fortuna Helsingborg

Let’s get a bit of a distance on our tango experiences, talk and dance through the moments that you always were curious about but didn’t dare to talk.
For 2,5 days we exchange experiences in different steps and sequences, discuss technique, relation to our own body and our partner. Also cook, walk, bathe, create art, do yoga, witch brew and ourselves a favour of spending time on ourselves.

which is obligatory since the amount of sleeping places is at the moment limited.
Everyone is welcome however number of rooms is limited, sharing rooms may be a case. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

Whohooo we made it!
Over 100 participants this time, solid good vibe and friendly smiles, encouraging meetings and beautiful insights.. Dancing, sharing, learning, singing, partying, picknicking, playing music, walking, competing (a little bit), eating and sweating together ))) This edition of festivalito has put Helsingborg on the map and created an amasing memory for so many people from several different countries.
Thank you all for coming and contributing to making this event unforgettable, inspiring and meaningful!

Ta med er egen mat, dryck, handduk och något att sitta på. Solkräm, badboll och barn.
Dansa ska vi! Men inte på något ordnat golv utan barfota eller i bekväma skor, i gräset och sanden.
Hämta med era kompisar! Vi ska hålla i prova-på i tango och salsa.

Den stillsamma mindfulla gemensamma närvaron är inte det man förväntar sig när man hör namnet tango. Därför är vi ute och visar upp samt bjuder till prova-på argentinsk tango, där människor av alla åldrar och hälsotillstånd är välkomna och hittar till sin egen harmoni.

Dear friends, welcome to enter the tango world with the first steps of the year.
Two intensive weekends, to start with, and let’s see how we go from there.
Four lessons in two days, 500 kr per person and you will be ready to dance till midsummer!

First weekend 11-12 January is for total beginners.
Second weekend 18-19 January is for those who learnt the basics and now want to get more flow in the dance.

The courses will repeat later in March under same premises, for those who need more time to get ready for the year:
First weekend 15-16 March is for total beginners.
Second weekend 22-23 March is next-step.

No pre-skills are needed for the first weekend. Basic course (by teacher or youtube) is needed for the second.

Dear friends, hurry up to book up in your calenders the plan for 2025 midsummer, as we are preparing a second edition of tango festivalito in Helsingborg!

Just like other events by our little community, this is expected to be not too big but super cosy, with a lot of good vibes and stories exchanged, new friendships made for life and first of all of course, experience of summer in the pearl of Öresund, city of Helsingborg!

Our autumn season of tango courses we round up with a special event: Halloween ball, with costumes and all that, for all our students and routined dancers.

Warmup on Thursday 31/10, we have our practica, 19.00-22.00, honouring the dark and the unknown: applied to dead as well as tango. Entrance 70 kr or 50 for members of PP.
On Saturday 2/11 we have a milonga, the Bloody ball or as we call it, Milonga Sangrienta.
Entrance fee is 110 kr for booking online/early payment until 30/10, and 150 kr if paid at the door, on Saturday 2nd of November.

We meet as usual at our lair Project Pocket, Västra Sandgatan 6. If you come with your non-dancing friends, they will only need to pay for the snacks/drinks. For Milonga visitors snacks are included in the price.

Welcome to a continuation of the beginners course! If you know how to take the basic steps with your partner: front, back, side and pivot, you are fine to come and join!
There are 4 lessons with the group, at a cost of 500kr in total.
Bring warm comfortable clothes, the location is chilly!
There is tea and coffee, bring your snacks if you wish.
Partner is recommended but not necessary, in that case we switch roles!

Välkomna till teknikträning, en finslipning för era tango färdigheter! Med början den 24 oktober, torsdagar innan praktikan.
För det är inte komplexitet som avgör huruvida vi är duktiga dansare utan förmåga att lyssna och förmedla.
Drop-in så ingen förbokning eller registrering krävs, en lektion kl 18.30 som övergår till en praktika kl 19.30.
Bra att ha en partner med men om man vill jobba ensam eller förlita sig på universum för förar/följare balans, varmt välkommen även utan!
Kaffe och té finns det men ta med egna snacks om ni vill ha.
