• It can only be one person 50% off per original video (if you are a couple, make a couple of videos 🙂 they can be similar as long as they are not the same and separate),

Vi börjar med en knytis! Det är det härligaste med fredagen, att ta det lugnt.

Kostnaden är antingen ett bidrag till bordet: en rätt för några personer, eller en avgift på 150/100 kr (respektive för icke-medlemmar och medlemmar i Tango Fortuna, Tangorama, Tango i Helsingör eller Project Pocket).

Survivor weekend is the concept of a dancing marathon loaded with learning and challenges, from physical resilience to stress management and issues of self-appreciation, a roll-a-coaster of emotional states and human interactions. If you read this, you are probably one of us, master of survival all that 🙂

Welcome to another weekend full of tango: wonderful meetings and intense learning!

We start with a potluck/knytis at the regular 2nd Friday milonga which takes place on, well, Friday 10/5 at 19.00-23.00. The cost is either a contribution to the table: a dish for a few people, or a SEK 150/100 fee (respectively non-members and members of Tango Fortuna, Tangorama, Tango in Elsinore or Project Pocket).
Then it gets hot in the shoes and head.

For the third time we have a priviledge to welcome Cristian Petitto with a non-conventional but efficient teaching style, as he reveals secrets of techniques and key elements for us.

As Cristian arrives already on Friday there is a chance to book a private class with him that day, please contact us for more details!

This time we address a challenge of continuity, to prove and train that managing the flow has common principles in all kinds of tango, including milonga and wals. So the topic of the weekend 11-12/4 is:

11.00 Workshop 3: Milonga! Fast and fun and even more so with a change of rhythm and speed. Still in flux!
12.30-13.30 Practica
13.30 Lunch
14.15-16.00 Workshop 4: Off-axis in waltz as well as in milonga? Hope you have some energy left, you will need it!
16.00-16.30 Practica/Closing coffee.

19.00-22.00 milonga to land all newly acquired skills: free for course participants, SEK 100/50 for everyone else.

Finances

Full course costs 120 euro/1300SEK including the workshops, breakfasts, lunches and milonga, per person or 190 euro/2200 SEK per couple.
One day of workshops is 70 euro/700SEK (food included), and
A single workshop costs 35 euro/350SEK (food not included).

Det är så himla kul med allt flera som träder in i den fascinerande världen av tango! Det är flera kurser på gång, genomförda och planerade.
För er som hade precis gått en kurs: de första par månader är värda flera år av dans! Att stanna kvar i regelbundet övning ger avkastning direkt. Att inte glömma vad man precis hade lärt sig, är mycket pengar sparade på nya workshops.

För er som är med i kurs just nu: passa på att öva det ni har lärt er innan detaljerna suddats ut från minnet, det är alltid detaljer (!) som avgör resultat, och det är alltid bra att kunna fråga läraren vid nästa kurstillfälle om vad som inte funkade och varför.

För er som bara funderar att gå (eller inte gå) en kurs. Det är kul, roligt och fascinerande att kunna träffa människor som redan är hopplöst beroende av tango, höra deras historier och råd. Tango är framförallt socialt, men också terapeutiskt och meditativt. Alla har sin väg dit. Vilken är din ingång?

Torsdagar mellan 19.00-22.00 har vi praktikor. Behöver ni komma in tidigare, bara hör av er. Är ni medlemmar i föreningen kan ni få tillgång till nyckeln tidigare och passa på att öva innan anda droppar in.

Pris för praktikan är 50 kr, te och kaffe brukar finnas och det är alltid välkommet med att ta med sig middag/snacks, för egen eller delad förtäring.

As always with our survival weekends, we target ultimate secrets or techniques, details of the devil that release free, comfortable and creative use of various elements, by both partners.

This time we deconstruct block chains… no 🙂 but chain interactions with high dynamics in close embrace and mutual execution: ganchos, barridas, sacadas. How to remain essential stability, radiate sense of safety and comfort and be as adventurous in close embrace as in vivid and wide tango nuevo performances? How simply not to fall and not to stress when legs of the partners are swirling around each other and musicality pushes the limits.

Welcome to join the 4 workshops that will take place on the weekend of 23-24 March, at Project Pocket (Västra Sandgatan 6, inside the block). This time we put the program in a ruthless but efficient-learning way, with as much impact on your skills as possible.

(The rest of the day we aim to join the arrangements organised by Dunkers culture house:

at 16.00 – 17.00 a free and open try-it-out tango session

Fees:
full fee per person is 1300 kr including lessons, food and milonga in Saturday (Sunday milonga is free for everyone), for a couple 2200 kr,
one workshop: 350 kr
only milonga: 120 kr (snacks included)
